About the Role:
- Provide hands-on support to a small group of participants.
- Mentor and guide participants to develop and establish their vocational identity.
- Delve into person-centred approaches to deliver tailored supports.
- Collaborate with employers to facilitate successful integration.
Key Requirements:
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
- A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Ability to complete a Criminal History Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- NDS Worker Orientation Module completion prior to commencement.
