Ambitious and Results-Driven Centre Manager Required

Are you a driven leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and managing high-performing teams? We're seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead our centre and drive outstanding results.

This is a unique opportunity to combine your leadership skills with your love of health, fitness, and community wellbeing in a role that's hands-on, dynamic, and rewarding.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of aquatics, fitness, and customer service professionals.
  • Drive membership sales and ensure our members have a positive experience.
  • Ensure operations are run smoothly, safely, and in line with WHS standards.
  • Build and develop a high-performing team that shares our community values.
  • Engage with customers, members, and community groups to build strong partnerships.
  • Oversee maintenance, equipment, retail, and reporting to keep the centre thriving.

Requirements:

  • Experience in gym operations and group fitness delivery.
  • Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
  • Current First Aid, CPR, and Pool Lifeguard Certification (or willingness to train).
  • WWCC (NSW) and a Class C Driver's Licence.
  • Previous experience in aquatic and/or fitness centre supervision.
  • Bonus points for qualifications in Business, WHS, Training, or Technical Operations.
