Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Centre Manager. This dynamic role combines strong leadership skills with a passion for health, fitness and community wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a diverse team of professionals across aquatics, fitness and customer service.
  • Drive membership growth and ensure our members love coming back.
  • Maintain operational excellence, safety and compliance with relevant standards.
  • Build a high-performing team that shares our community values.
  • Engage with members, hirers and community groups to build strong partnerships.
  • Oversee maintenance, equipment, retail and reporting to keep the centre thriving.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in gym operations and group fitness delivery.
  • Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
  • Current certifications in First Aid, CPR and Pool Lifeguarding (or willingness to train).
  • Working With Children Check (WWCC) and Class C Driver's Licence.
  • Previous experience in aquatic and/or fitness centre supervision.
  • Bonus points for qualifications in Business, WHS, Training or Technical Operations.
