Are you a customer service professional with a passion for fitness?
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and provide exceptional service to our members, casual users and potential new members.
The Job Description
- Provide outstanding customer service to all customers, both in person and over the telephone
- Apply sound cash handling principles and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Promote our services and programs to customers and accept customer bookings and enrolments
- Have a genuine passion for health and fitness
The Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- A passion for health and fitness
- Hold current First Aid & CPR Certification
- Working With Children Check (or equivalent) & National Police Check
