Centre Leadership Opportunity

The role of Centre Manager offers a unique chance to combine leadership skills with a passion for health, fitness, and community wellbeing.

This hands-on, dynamic position involves leading a team across aquatics, fitness, and customer service while driving memberships and ensuring our members enjoy their experience.

We are seeking an experienced professional with strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills who can build and develop a high-performing team that shares our community values.

The successful candidate will have experience in gym operations and group fitness delivery, as well as current First Aid, CPR, and Pool Lifeguard Certification (or willingness to train).

Responsibilities:
  • Leading a team to deliver outstanding aquatic and fitness services
  • Driving membership growth and engagement
  • Maintaining operations, equipment, and facilities to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience
  • Building strong partnerships with the community and stakeholders
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience in gym operations and group fitness delivery
  • Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
  • Current First Aid, CPR, and Pool Lifeguard Certification
  • WWCC (NSW) and a Class C Driver's Licence
