Health and Fitness Operations Director

A dynamic Centre Manager is required to lead a team of professionals in delivering exceptional services to the community.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team across aquatics, fitness, and customer service.
- Drive memberships and ensure member satisfaction.
- Maintain smooth operations while adhering to health and safety standards.
- Build and develop a high-performing team that shares community values.
- Foster strong partnerships with members and community groups.
- Oversee maintenance, equipment, retail, and reporting for centre success.
- Gym operations and group fitness delivery experience.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Current First Aid, CPR, and Pool Lifeguard Certification (or willingness to train).
- Working With Children Check (WWCC) and Class C Driver's Licence.
- Previous experience in aquatic and/or fitness centre supervision.
- Bonus points for qualifications in business, health and safety, training, or technical operations.
