Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our plant operations, ensuring efficient and safe production while meeting customer expectations, quality standards, and cost objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of Daily Operations: Lead daily plant operations to meet production goals, quality standards, and cost objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Manage cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to foster accountability and teamwork.
  • Process Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes using lean manufacturing principles.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor KPIs, budgets, and performance metrics to drive operational improvements and cost control.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations creating a safe working environment.
  • Workforce Development: Collaborate with HR to develop workforce strategies including training, performance evaluations, and succession planning.
  • Supplier Management: Maintain strong supplier relationships and oversee procurement for material availability and cost efficiency.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, problem-solving, and innovation to enhance overall plant performance.
  • Facility Maintenance: Ensure proper functioning of plant equipment and infrastructure.
  • Corporate Alignment: Align plant operations with corporate strategies, regulatory requirements, and long-term business objectives.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
