We are growing our community across New South Wales (NSW), making it an ideal time to join our team as a support worker. In this role, you will provide personalized care and support to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to pursue a good life on their own terms.

  • Flexibility: Work the hours you choose, accepting shifts that align with your schedule.
  • Fair Compensation: Our pay rates are guaranteed and determined annually, covering penalty rates for higher wages when working nights, weekends, or public holidays, as well as overtime. We also provide superannuation and long service leave (where applicable) to support your long-term financial security.
  • Training Opportunities: Paid training for a quality disability support workforce. With numerous learning modules completed, we invest in our workers' development.
