Our organization seeks a compassionate and skilled Support Worker to deliver exceptional care to individuals of all ages and abilities.
This role requires an experienced professional who can provide high-quality home care services in Sydney, prioritizing empathy and compassion in every interaction.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to de-escalate challenging situations, and have a commitment to client-centered care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting clients with daily living activities
- Providing support with transfers, medications, enteral feeds, breakfast preparation, grooming, dressing, and showering
- Enhancing client mobility and independence
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment through housekeeping tasks, including cooking and cleaning
- Offering companionship, friendship, and emotional support
- Valid NDIS Clearance and Police Check (Essential)
- Valid Working with Children's Check (Essential)
- Fully Vaccinated for COVID-19 (Including booster)
- Cert 3 in Aged or Disability Care or equivalent (Desirable)
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current Driver's License
