We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our team in New South Wales, Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centred care to help customers achieve their goals and aspirations
  • Contribute to the development of customer support plans
  • Provide support with personal care, living skills, transport, social activities, medication, and other needs as required
  • Keep customer records up-to-date on a daily basis
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers, families, caregivers, and key stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Cert 3 or 4 in disability, individual support, aged care, nursing
  • Experience in disability, aged care, or nursing sector
  • Ability to be proactive, take initiative, and eager to learn
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and organisation skills
