Disability Support Worker

We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Disability Support Workers.

  • Assist participants with social support and community access.
  • Provide domestic assistance, including meal preparation and light household duties.

This is a part-time/casual/contract opportunity that offers flexibility and variety in your work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Support participants with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household management.

  • Establish positive relationships with participants through effective communication and active engagement.
  • Manage participant behaviors in a safe and respectful manner.
  • Encourage participation in hobbies and recreational activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Australian Driver's License
  • ALL Category A vaccinations
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • National Police Check
  • Driver's Licence and Access to Car
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certification
  • English Fluency - verbal and written
  • Cert III/IV in Aged Care, Disability or relative qualifications (preferred)
