About the Position:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to work as a Disability Support Worker in Sydney, Australia. Our primary goal is to empower individuals with disabilities to live independently at home, participate in their communities, and enhance their social lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized care and domestic assistance to clients
  • Prepare meals and assist with medication administration according to their needs
  • Transport clients to appointments and shopping, ensuring their safe arrival
  • Promote social participation and community engagement through various activities
Requirements:
  • A valid Police Check
  • A Working with Children Check clearance
  • Certification in First Aid and CPR
  • Completion of the NDIS Working Screen Check
  • Current flu and COVID-19 vaccinations
  • A vehicle with comprehensive insurance for client transport
