We are seeking an experienced Project Support Specialist to join our team in Rockingham, WA. The successful candidate will provide administrative and project management support to the Explosive Ordnance Maintenance Directorate (EOMD).

About the Role:

This is a fast-paced and dynamic role requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with a diverse team to deliver Australian Defence Force systems, ensuring the ongoing sustainment of Materiel assets managed by the Explosive Materiel Branch for the Department of Defence.

Key responsibilities include:

">
  • Providing administrative support to the Maintenance team, including scribe for meetings, document control, archiving, and various administration tasks
  • Managing training information, including data entry of maintenance authority reports, allocating awareness training, maintaining personnel training files, registers, and workbooks
  • Preparing or providing input for plans, procedures, presentations, and reports
  • Exercising sound initiative and judgment in applying appropriate practices and procedures
  • FOLLOWING defined policy, processes, and procedures in a highly regulated environment, including participating in regular audits and quality assurance activities
