The successful candidate can expect a gross salary ranging from $103,919 to $110,654 per annum, incorporating all allowances and penalty rates.

Job Description

As a pivotal member of the Infrastructure Project Delivery team, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and supporting the projects delivery team to manage and deliver their projects on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality and service. You will oversee end-to-end project management, including stakeholder engagement, tender process, strategy development, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and administering construction projects and contracts
  • Demonstrated experience in leading, mentoring, and managing people from a diverse range of backgrounds
  • Considerable experience and exposure to the financial management of multi-disciplinary projects covering budgeting, cost control, and reporting requirements
  • Proven strong stakeholder management capabilities
  • Well-developed communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
  • Well-developed time management and organisational skills
  • A trade qualification, degree, or diploma in engineering, project management, construction, or a related field
  • Current 'C' class Australian driver's licence
