We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Attendant at our Boulevard Brasserie and Bar.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional guest experiences and memorable moments. As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for efficiently taking orders and serving food and beverage to our guests, maintaining the presentation of the restaurant, and assisting guests with questions and menu recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for our guests
  • Take orders and serve food and beverage in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain the presentation of the restaurant and ensure a clean and welcoming environment
  • Assist guests with questions and menu recommendations
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth running of the service period

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, with hotel experience an advantage
  • Knowledge of beverages, including barista coffee, cocktails, and wines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Interest in making genuine connections with guests and colleagues
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol and Food Handling certification, or willingness to obtain
  • Working rights in Australia
