  • Guest Service
    • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
    • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Efficiently take orders and serve food and beverages in a timely and accurate manner
    • Maintain the presentation of the restaurant and ensure a clean and safe environment for guests
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth running of the service period
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Qualifications and Requirements
    • Previous experience in a similar role, with hotel experience an advantage
    • Knowledge of beverages, including barista coffee, cocktails, and wines, to maximize average spend
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
    • Interest in making genuine connections with guests and colleagues
    • Availability to work varied shifts, including early morning, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays
    • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol and Food Handling, or willingness to obtain
    • Must have working rights in Australia
