We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Attendant at our Boulevard Brasserie and Bar.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional guest experiences and working collaboratively with our team to ensure smooth service periods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable moments for our guests
  • Efficiently take orders and serve food and beverages in our restaurant, café, and in-room dining areas
  • Assist guests with questions and menu recommendations, and maintain the presentation of our restaurant
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service periods

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, with hotel experience an advantage
  • Knowledge of beverages, including barista coffee, cocktails, and wines, to maximize average spend
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Interest in making genuine connections with guests and colleagues
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol and Food Handling certification, or willingness to obtain
  • Must have working rights in Australia
