Job SummaryThis role offers a challenging and rewarding experience as an HR Administration Officer at CatholicCare NT. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for providing top-tier support and expert HR guidance to ensure our team thrives within the framework of CCNT's program guidelines, policies, and procedures, and relevant employment legislation.
Key Responsibilities:- Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related field (or willingness to obtain) is highly regarded but not essential;
- Experience in working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced administrative office environment of 300+ employees;
- Demonstrated experience with databases and proven ability to handle high volumes of work, including ability to prioritize workloads and meet agreed deadlines.
- Above award salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per annum;
- Six weeks annual leave plus two weeks personal leave;
- Salary packaging option up to an additional $15,900 per annum;

- Relocation assistance offered up to $3,000 plus two weeks accommodation if relocating.
