About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Partner to join our People and Culture team at TAL. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes through strategic people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partnership: Partner with senior leaders and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize people-related initiatives that drive business outcomes.
  • Change Management: Lead and support large-scale business change programs, including structural and cultural change initiatives.
  • Talent Development: Develop and implement talent development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Employee Engagement: Design and implement employee engagement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Communication: Develop and implement effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed of people-related initiatives and changes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, employees, and external partners.
Requirements
  • Relevant Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as HR, Business, or Organizational Development.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in a strategic business partnership or HR role, with a proven track record of driving business outcomes through people initiatives.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
