Key Responsibilities- Drive and Develop Negotiation Strategies: Develop and execute negotiation strategies to deliver successful outcomes and support the Head of P&T Partnerships in leading sourcing and renewals for high-value, high-risk, and complex negotiations.
- Partner with Stakeholders: Collaborate with Product and Technology stakeholders to understand their needs, identify commercial requirements and risks, and translate these into effective negotiations, strategies, and contracts.
- Coach and Mentor: Coach and mentor subject matter experts on commercial best practices, enhancing knowledge across P&T and improving commercial outcomes.
- Apply Strategic Mindset: Apply a strategic mindset to identify long-term opportunities and risks, ensuring commercial decisions align with the overall business goals.
You will be a highly motivated self-starter with significant experience in strategic business partnering. You will have a proven track record in conducting high-value and complex technology RFx processes and possess relevant qualifications from CIPS and/or have proven experience in a commercial executive role.
- Significant Experience: Significant experience in introducing and optimizing commercial practices to improve business outcomes.
- Expert Experience: Highly developed expert experience in vendor performance and contract management.
- Leadership Skills: High level of motivation and personal initiative, with highly developed leadership skills.
- Analytical Skills: Significant analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills with a focus on technology service cost models to support strategic objectives.
