Lead Donor Services Manager

Our team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our donor services division.

Job Description:

As Lead Donor Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our donor program, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve operational efficiency and quality of service delivery.
  • Lead and mentor a team of donor services professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Act as a technical expert and escalation point for complex cases and complaints.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams within a healthcare or related industry.
  • Strong capability in managing departmental operations, including workflow optimisation, database management, and policy implementation.
  • Capacity to ensure departmental compliance with regulatory requirements and internal protocols.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, patients, clinicians, and other stakeholders.
