We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to manage a portfolio of mid-level donors, craft personalized donor journeys, and inspire greater philanthropic support for the good works of the Church.

Job Overview

The Catholic Archdiocese of Brisbane serves over 1.2 million people through its network of parishes, schools, and outreach services.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of ~1,500 mid-level donors with tailored stewardship and engagement strategies.
  • Create personalized communications and impact stories that connect donors to the mission.
  • Use data insights to identify and cultivate potential major gift and bequest donors.
  • Work collaboratively with fundraising, communications, and events teams to deliver seamless donor experiences.
  • Act as the key contact for donors — thanking, informing, and engaging them with authenticity and care.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in fundraising, membership engagement, or donor stewardship.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and donor data.
  • A heart for mission and an appreciation of Catholic social teaching.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with care and professionalism.
