Strategic Donor Program Manager

As a key member of the donor team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional donor and surrogacy services across our national brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Guidance: Lead and mentor the Central Donor Team to achieve operational efficiency, accuracy, and exceptional service delivery.
  • Technical Expertise: Act as the technical expert and escalation point for complex cases, complaints, and urgent operational needs.
  • Donor Workflow Management: Oversee donor workflow, database management, and compliance with ART legislation and internal protocols.
  • International Coordination: Coordinate import/export of donor gametes in line with national and international standards.
  • Training and Development: Deliver training programs and support capability development across clinics and donor teams.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, policy implementation, and strategic project delivery.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with clinicians, patients, suppliers, and executive leadership.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance metrics, support accreditation processes, and contribute to digital platform rollouts.
Requirements:
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and mentoring skills are essential for this role.
  • Technical Expertise: Technical expertise in donor program management is required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills are necessary.
