The successful candidate will have 5-9 years of experience managing client relationships and servicing clients, with a solid understanding of Australian investors and market regulations. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to interact directly with clients to resolve potential issues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnerships with Marketing representatives to manage client relationships and act as primary point of contact for servicing large institutional relationships.
  • Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, determining proactive ways to increase client engagement, and serving as a point of escalation for client issues.
  • Overseeing client onboarding activities, organizing and leading client review and diligence meetings, and partnering closely with Marketing (sales) to lead or support the Investment Due Diligence (IDD) process.

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
