Portfolio Management Professional

We are seeking a seasoned portfolio management professional to lead our Consumer Third Party (CTP) product and portfolio initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering holistic performance of the CTP business plan.

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with extensive portfolio management experience in a senior management role for complex, matrixed financial services organisations. You will have significant technical experience in managing insurance products, as well as comprehensive knowledge of products, industry practices, and governing legislation.

The successful candidate will possess expert, strategic, tactical selling and relationship management capability. They will drive oversight of end-to-end product lifecycle, including roll-out of products across enterprise and supervision of distribution obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead day-to-day regulatory engagement with CTP regulators, ensuring active communication and fulfilment of annual business plans.
  • Maintain market insight, competitor performance, and monitoring of competitors' developments, including establishing targets for performance benchmarks.
  • Develop and implement new or changing products and product strategies, incorporating insights from market, competitor, and customer research and aligning with distribution strategy and customer value proposition.
  • Support implementation and identification of opportunities for more granular and sophisticated rating tools, enhancing pricing capability.
  • Provide recommendations for commercial pricing decisions to achieve portfolio performance according to pricing governance and risk frameworks.
