Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Media Strategist to lead our team in developing innovative media plans that drive real human understanding and connect people and brands through powerful and engaging media experiences.

This role offers a career-changing opportunity for you to work with a diverse and fascinating portfolio, driving the core functions of the strategic discipline for media responses: objective & challenge identification, target audience profiling & recommendation development, consumer journey mapping.

The successful candidate will have a high level of competency in communications strategy development, well-versed in media connections planning, and a strong grasp of the media planning and buying landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops, manages and grows a team of media strategists.
  • Play an active role in identifying local 'big bet briefs' that present opportunities to deploy our strategic process or potential for award-worthy work.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of media industry capabilities and proprietary tools and systems.
  • Proven ability to work with Roy Morgan, AQX, Neilson and other audience tools.
  • Demonstrated understanding of marketing science.
