Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior Bid Coordinator to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our bid management cycle, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business and delivering high-quality bids to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales leads and project directors to develop winning bid strategies
  • Partner with bid leads and business directors to deliver exceptional bids and submissions
  • Support sales leads with administrative tasks, including opportunity tracking and CRM management
  • Participate in project groups and special projects as directed by the National Bid Manager
  • Manage tender portals and ensure the bid management process is optimized
Requirements
  • 2-4 years' experience as a Bid Administrator/Coordinator
  • Advantageous but not essential: Tertiary Degree in Arts, Journalism, Marketing, Business, Design or associated qualification
  • Strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in supporting a multi-faceted national business
  • Ability to work in an agile environment, multitask, and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  • Exampled experience in quality control, risk management, and attention to detail
  • Strong commercial/business acumen
  • Experience using the MS Suite, SharePoint, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other business collaboration tools
  • Experience in managing stakeholders and competing deadlines
  • Knowledge or experience in best practice bid writing methodologies
