Rare opportunity for an experienced investment professional to manage a portfolio of commercial office assets.

Our client, a Private Investment Fund, is seeking an Investment Manager to oversee the valuation and maximization of property value and investment returns. This strategic role involves:

  • Developing and executing asset and portfolio strategy.
  • Preparing and presenting investment opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Assessing new investment opportunities through acquisitions and collaboration with the team.
  • Oversight of large-scale capital expenditure to protect stakeholder investments.
  • Creating and implementing leasing strategies and negotiations across the portfolio.
  • Property life-cycle cost planning and budget forecasting.
  • Portfolio risk and governance oversight.
  • Preparation and presentation of budgets, Board reports, and ongoing asset/portfolio strategy.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Property, Valuations, or related discipline.
  • Demonstrated financial analysis and valuations experience.
  • High-level negotiation skills.
  • Strong financial acumen.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report writing.
