Facilities Management Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership position in facilities management. As a Senior Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and maintenance of a commercial building.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multi-story commercial assets and their systems, as well as strong knowledge of building services including fire systems and building intelligence. They should also possess excellent written and oral communication skills, be proactive and achievement-oriented, with a 'can-do' attitude.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, fire, and security.
  • Managing contractor performance and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Implementing tenant retention strategies and maintaining excellent tenant relations.
  • Monitoring and managing property data (Energy, Water, and Waste).
  • Developing and maintaining standard documentation procedures.
  • Procuring and tendering contractors for PPM contracts and various projects.
  • Responding to after-hours emergencies as needed.
