Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and dependable Commercial Property Administrator to manage a diverse portfolio of commercial assets within a fast-paced, professional environment.

The successful candidate will demonstrate sound judgement, discretion in handling confidential matters, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach to property management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, including inspections and leasing activities
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance and quality standards
  • Prepare accurate financial documentation, including monthly statements and tax invoices
  • Oversee rent collection, arrears management, and tenancy compliance
  • Negotiate lease renewals, conduct rent reviews, and manage lease documentation
  • Maintain professional communication with landlords, tenants, and contractors, resolving issues promptly
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Business (Property) – highly regarded
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and customer service excellence
  • Current driver's license and own vehicle
