Short-Term Commercial Asset Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing key commercial building assets in South Australia. This includes but is not limited to: maintenance of building systems, contractor performance management, safety compliance, tenant relations, property data monitoring, documentation development, procurement and tendering.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Experience managing multi-story commercial assets and their systems
- Strong knowledge of building services, fire systems, and building intelligence
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A proactive, can-do, achievement-oriented mindset
- Flexible team player with practical problem-solving abilities
- Computer literacy and adaptability with new technologies
