Job Opportunity

We seek a skilled Commercial Asset Manager to lead our team in Adelaide.

This role offers the opportunity to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial properties within a fast-paced, professional environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage inspections and leasing activities for commercial properties
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure compliance and quality standards
  • Prepare accurate financial documentation, including monthly statements and invoices
  • Oversee rent collection, arrears management, and tenancy compliance
  • Negotiate lease renewals, conduct rent reviews, and manage lease agreements
  • Maintain effective communication with landlords, tenants, and contractors, resolving issues promptly
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Business (Property) – highly regarded
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and customer service excellence
  • Current driver's license and own vehicle
