Key Maintenance Role

We seek an experienced and skilled Maintenance Manager to lead our site maintenance operations. As a key member of the Site Leadership Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Fixed Processing Plant Maintenance function, encompassing engineering, planning, shutdowns, and execution.

Core Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and maintain compliance with regulatory authorities and industry standards.
  • Provide guidance on safe working procedures for maintenance operations on site.
  • Ensure awareness of PLS Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and practices.
  • Identify and escalate any situation, event, or incident that poses risk to personnel or the environment.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant trade qualification.
  • Significant experience in fixed plant maintenance within the mining industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with approachable management style that fosters trust at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and analytical skills.
