Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies in alignment with business objectives, ensuring a cohesive brand message across the franchise network.
  • Drive brand consistency by implementing marketing initiatives that maintain a strong brand identity and messaging.
  • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns to acquire and retain customers.
  • Provide guidance and support to franchisees on local marketing initiatives, ensuring brand alignment and consistency.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and execute events that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and opportunities for growth, informing strategic marketing decisions.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven marketing experience, preferably in a franchise or multi-location business.
  • Strong understanding of franchise operations and management.
  • Expertise in digital and traditional marketing techniques, with a focus on delivering results-driven campaigns.
  • Leadership and project management skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams.
