Franchise Marketing Manager Role Overview

As a key member of our team at Superior People Recruitment, the Franchise Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving brand growth and visibility across a franchise network. This role requires strategic thinking, creativity, leadership, and a deep understanding of franchise operations and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Franchise Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with leadership to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Drive Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all franchise locations.
  • Marketing Campaign Execution: Develop and implement campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Franchisee Support: Provide guidance to franchisees on local marketing initiatives.
  • Performance Reporting: Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports.
  • Event Coordination: Organise events and report on their ROI.
  • Market Research: Identify market trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align marketing strategies.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets.
  • Training and Onboarding: Guide new franchisees on brand strategies.
  • Proficiency in Marketing Tools: Utilise tools like Canva and Mailchimp for marketing activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing or related field.
  • Proven marketing experience, preferably in a franchise or multi-location business.
  • Strong understanding of franchise operations.
  • Expertise in digital and traditional marketing techniques.
  • Leadership and project management skills.
  • Experience with services marketing and local area marketing (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Canva and Mailchimp.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Knowledge of the Aged Care and/or Disability sector.
  • High-level communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle accountability.
