We are seeking an accomplished Business Development Manager to spearhead business growth and build high-performing pipelines within our agency.
This is a rare opportunity to drive expansion, identify new business opportunities, and maintain outstanding professional relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Source and generate leads for new business through strategic prospecting
- Bulk up and maintain a comprehensive database of potential new clients
- Attend listing presentations and advise clients as required
- Support a sales team of 12 agents producing over 300 sales annually
- Develop and coordinate innovative business development strategies
- Contribute to the creation of impactful marketing campaigns for the Property Management Department
Key Responsibilities:
- Prior experience in Residential Property Management, Sales and/or Leasing
- Current real estate license and valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
- A strong customer service focus and unwavering work ethic
- An understanding of excellence in the industry
- Willingness to seek out new opportunities and expedite growth
- Ability to collaborate effectively with your team
- Strong administrative skills and time management capabilities
