We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team and help expand our corporate client base.
About the RoleThis is a customer-facing role where you will be responsible for building relationships, showcasing the benefits of our program, and helping businesses maximize their value from every trip they take.
Key Responsibilities- Establish connections with warm leads and existing clients to explain the advantages of our corporate travel program
- Engage proactively with clients to drive sales growth and program expansion
- Achieve daily call targets (KPIs) and develop lasting customer relationships
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles
- A talent for identifying new opportunities, following up leads, and converting interest into action
- Confidence on the phone and a friendly, engaging communication style
