About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Campaign Strategist to join our team at Great Southern Bank. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing go-to-market strategies across all mediums, managing end-to-end campaign performance, and leading customer propositions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Go-to-Market Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Manage End-to-End Campaign Performance: Oversee the development, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Lead Customer Propositions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch customer-centric marketing initiatives that drive business growth.
  • Manage Performance Strategies: Develop and execute performance strategies across all paid, owned, and earned channels to maximize customer engagement and conversion.
  • Execute Content Strategy: Develop and implement content strategies to support acquisition activities and drive customer engagement.
  • Understand Key Drivers: Analyze customer behavior and preferences to identify key drivers for consideration and develop targeted marketing strategies.
  • Manage Brand Tonality: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Consumer Marketing Experience: Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
  • Proven Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong Relationship Management Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Financial Acumen: Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions to optimize marketing ROI.
