Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Growth Marketing Strategist to join our Performance Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing cross-functional performance marketing programs to drive user growth and revenue growth within efficiency thresholds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead cross-functional performance marketing programs to drive user growth and revenue growth within efficiency thresholds.
  • Partner with search, social, display, mobile, and other channels to optimize performance marketing efforts and drive planned performance outcomes.
  • Communicate performance marketing strategy and insights across platforms to foster synergy between HQ and international teams.
  • Collaborate with data team to build reporting capabilities to track and disseminate learnings across teams.
  • Work with finance partners to manage performance marketing budget and set forecasts and tracking.
  • Identify and communicate cross-functional opportunities to improve performance through creative development, landing page testing, and ad tech improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in developing and leading cross-functional performance marketing programs with a track record of driving user growth and revenue growth within efficiency thresholds.
  • Strong understanding of marketing channels, data analytics, and product analytics to make optimizations that drive planned performance outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner with various internal teams and vendors to achieve results.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to report to a wide range of senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyze data and synthesize key learnings across the team.
