We are seeking an experienced and motivated Events Operations Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of events, including roster management, ordering and stock preparation, and ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of Functions and Events.

You will lead a team of event operations professionals, providing effective leadership and direction, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your attention to detail and ability to work autonomously will be essential in building and maintaining relationships with all departments.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the operational running of Functions & Events, and possess strong communication skills. You will be a self-motivated individual who can demonstrate a strong 'can do' attitude, with professional presentation and a passion for the food and beverage industry.

This role requires flexibility, as you will need to work a variety of hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event demands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accountability for end-to-end event execution
  • Lead events operations team
  • Roster management
  • Ordering and stock preparation
  • Ensure the smooth and efficient execution of Functions and Events
  • Provide effective hands-on leadership and direction
  • Providing professional and efficient service, with strong attention to detail
  • Focusing on continual improvement and staff training
  • Administrative and reporting functions

  • Have a passion for and experience in the food and beverage industry
  • A willingness to bring ideas to the table to improve overall product
  • Demonstrate high attention to detail
  • An ability to adapt to change and able to work in a dynamic environment
  • Be flexible to work a variety of hours which includes evenings and weekends based on events
