About This Opportunity

The Programmatic Sales Director will lead ARN's revenue strategy, overseeing sales planning, cross-functional team collaboration and revenue execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a programmatic sales strategy in partnership with digital partners, total media sales teams and programmatic operations teams.
  • Build strategic partnerships with trading desks, DSPs, agencies and holding companies through programmatic guaranteed and private marketplace negotiations.
  • Elevate ARN's programmatic product offering and ad tech stack to optimize demand across programmatic channels.
  • Utilize market insights, emerging technologies and changes in the programmatic ecosystem to refine ARN's programmatic strategy and build competitive advantage.

This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to think strategically to solve client and business challenges.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A deep understanding of the programmatic advertising landscape, including DSPs, SSPs, DMP/CDPs and RTB.
  • Strong relationships across holding companies, independent agencies and in-house brand buyers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to guide decision-making.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with 10+ years' experience in digital media sales, including 5+ years in a programmatic leadership role.
