About the Role

This pivotal new senior leadership position is a strategic non-selling role responsible for ensuring sales targets of three sites are met. It has a focus on driving growth and will be instrumental in making key decisions that impact sales performance.

  • Oversee a team of direct reports covering Retail Sales, Channel Sales, and external sales teams to achieve optimal results.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales and marketing functions to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Coordinate external suppliers to deliver sales suite, marketing collateral, sales packs, and launch initiatives effectively.
  • Develop competitive strategies that drive sales innovation and growth.
  • Approve sales, negotiate variations, and oversee the settlement process to ensure smooth transactions.
About You

We seek an experienced leader with demonstrated success in similar roles, including combined Sales and Marketing management responsibilities from launch through to post-settlement phases.

  • Demonstrated track record of success in similar leadership positions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to build effective relationships.
  • Ability to read and understand architectural drawings to inform decision-making.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, legislation, and regulations concerning off-the-plan selling in Australia.
