Are you a strategic and results-driven strategic **Growth Sales Leader**, well-versed in partnering with business owners to drive scalable solutions that enhance revenue and efficiency? **What you will be doing**:
- **Motivate & Inspire** - Motivate and guide the sales team, fostering a culture aligned with corporate values.
- ** Develop Talent** - Coach and mentor team members to achieve sales excellence.
- ** Drive Accountability** - Set clear expectations and instill personal and team ownership of performance.
- ** Implement Sales Strategy** - Implement sales methodology, maintain territories, and evaluate data to meet targets.
- ** Stakeholder Engagement** - Build relationships, expand networks, and address stakeholder issues proactively.
- ** Enhance Operations** - Collaborate with marketing to enhance pipeline generation and outreach.
- ** Monitor Performance** - Track KPIs, forecast performance, and provide regular feedback.
- ** Leverage Technology** - Ensure CRM accuracy and collaborate with Solution Architects to identify opportunities.
**What we are looking for from you**:
**Essential**:
- Degree level qualification.
- Minimum of 10 years total work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years sales management experience, spearheading sales teams of 5-8 people in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of sales success achieving targets.
**Desirable**:
- Experience selling into HR / talent management / organisational development
