The role of Office Manager encompasses overseeing various aspects of office operations. Key responsibilities include:
Payroll & HR Management- Manage payroll processes, including superannuation and payments.
- Handle staff contracts, terminations, and onboarding.
- Process supplier payments and send remittances.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Proficiency in accounting software is essential.
- Process supplier orders and manage inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the supply base, planning, logistics, and demands to achieve targets.
- Oversee facilities management and serve as the point of contact for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with financial management, including tracking expenses and preparing reports.
- Experience working with large volumes is desirable.
- Must understand and comply with health and safety practices.
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or Administrator is required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy are necessary.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time efficiently is essential.
- A calm and composed temperament with the ability to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment is required.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive problem-solving approach are essential.
- Proficiency in accounting software and a strong understanding of financial processes are necessary.
- A team player with the ability to work independently when required.
- Plan, develop, and implement strategies to achieve budgets, targets, and objectives.
- Focusing on efficiency and ensuring you meet customer expectations.
- Oversee stock inventory management, monthly reporting, and annual forecasting.
- Plan and prepare rosters to ensure adequate coverage and service levels during manufacturing times.
- Create and implement processes and strategies for improving the overall performance of the organization.
