The Role:

Based at our Molendinar, QLD manufacturing facility, we are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Officer to oversee site QA programs, ensure food safety compliance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Reporting to the National QA Manager and Site Operations Manager, this role will lead the HACCP team, support audits, monitor production quality, and provide technical guidance to all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, monitor, and maintain site food safety and quality programs
  • Conduct HACCP verifications, GMP audits, and training for all staff
  • Support internal and external audits, including corrective action management
  • Lead continuous improvement projects and manage supplier non-conformance
  • Maintain all QA documentation, SOPs, and training records
  • Investigate customer complaints and ensure timely corrective actions

About You:

  • Qualification in Food Science/Technology or related discipline
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and QA systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and editing skills
  • Strong team leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently
