Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

This role offers a unique blend of challenge and autonomy, allowing you to manage your day while being supported by a strong team of healthcare professionals.

  • Develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs for clients and employers.
  • Collaborate with injured workers, employers, medical, and allied health professionals to achieve optimal return-to-work outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Caseload management, including case coordination and rehabilitation planning.
  • Conducting assessments using clinical and discipline-specific allied health skills, such as Functional Capacity Evaluations and Worksite Assessments.

You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases, gaining exposure to different types of personal injury schemes.

Requirements:
  • An allied health qualification in Psychology, Social Work, or Rehabilitation Counselling.
  • Current Professional Registration with relevant governing body.
  • Strong communication and time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
