Occupational Rehabilitation Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As an Occupational Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals who have sustained a physical and/or psychological injury at work.

About the Role:
  • You will work with a diverse client base across various industries, including transport, agriculture, government, construction, hospitality, retail, manufacturing, and professional services.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement rehabilitation plans that enable clients to return to work or find new employment opportunities.
  • You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical specialists and other allied health professionals, to achieve common goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling.
  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ASORC/RCAA, or ESSA as an EP).
  • Strong clinical reasoning skills and ability to engage with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Possession of occupational rehabilitation experience is highly desirable.
