About the Role:
This is a senior management opportunity for a highly experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead a large format retail store in a dynamic and growing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, managing store KPIs, and ensuring merchandising standards are at a superior level.

Responsibilities:
- Take on full 'end to end' store accountability for driving sales, building customer relationships, managing store KPIs and promotions, and ensuring merchandising standards are at a superior level.
- Influence, motivate, develop, and inspire your team to deliver an exceptional retail experience and service to customers that will ensure customers keep coming back every time.
- Consistently improve current systems, processes, and control measures to ensure full retail operational excellence.
- Use your solid retail skills to ensure the fundamentals are exceptionally executed, including full stock on shelf, cleanliness, customer service, VM, and loss prevention.

What You'll Need:
- You are a credible and engaging Store Manager with years of proven experience in a large format retailer.
- You have an affinity or appreciation for hardware/tools, whether through your retail career or personal interests. Working experience within the category is not essential.
- You inspire: You have led and inspired large retail teams to achieve success.
- You love customers: they are centric to everything you do.
- You drive sales with an upbeat approach, have a natural ability to engage.
- You have well-honed operational skills across inventory planning and management, and shrewd financial control.
