Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Transformation Leader to spearhead strategic initiatives aimed at boosting efficiency, productivity, and profitability. As a key leader, you'll cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, drive impactful changes, and work closely with stakeholders to refine processes and deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify Opportunities: Conduct detailed analysis of business processes to locate inefficiencies and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use data to identify trends, challenges, and areas for optimisation, and make informed decisions to drive growth.
  • Boost Performance: Lead projects that enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability, and measure their success using key metrics.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with stakeholders to guide changes and ensure alignment with goals, and communicate results to demonstrate measurable benefits.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field, and expertise in Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
  • At least five years of leadership experience in a Continuous Improvement role, with a proven track record of driving change and optimising processes.
  • Strong analytical skills, workshop facilitation experience, and the ability to guide diverse teams.
  • Post-graduate qualifications in Business Administration or Management, and experience in project management, will be an advantage.

We offer a competitive salary package reflecting your talents and contributions, including a base salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, plus superannuation and other benefits.
