Key Responsibilities

  • Create a positive and inclusive store environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration
  • Develop and implement sales and visual merchandising plans to drive business growth
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enhance performance and productivity
  • Maintain accurate stock records and manage inventory levels to minimize losses
